"Why choose us for your purchases?"

With a proven track record over 6 years, our company has earned a fantastic reputation, as reflected in our glowing Trustpilot reviews and thriving instagram page (check our Trustpilot here/ instagram following here). We take pride in our dedication to exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt global delivery, swift responses to enquiries, and the unique ability to procure rare designer items from past seasons - all offered at significantly discounted prices below the RRP.

"Is your entire inventory authentic?"

As a VAT registered Limited company, Chance Fashion operates in full compliance with the law, strictly prohibiting the sale of counterfeit items. We take pride in offering only 100% authentic products, all of which are brand new with tags. Our stock is meticulously sourced from authorized suppliers in Italy, some of whom maintain direct accounts with the brands featured on our website. Furthermore, we accept payment methods such as Klarna and Clear Pay, and every item undergoes rigorous authenticity checks to ensure our customers receive genuine products. We encourage our customers to verify the authenticity of their purchases by taking them to any reputable shop for authentication.

"How secure is my data?"

Rest assured, all your payments and data are completely secure. From Paypal to card payments, our payment gateways are fully encrypted. Complying with GDPR regulations, we do not store your password or payment information. We only access the information you provide at checkout, such as name, email, and address, which can be deleted upon request.

"Is all your stock new?"

Absolutely, every item in our inventory is brand new with tags.

"What's currently available?"

Browse our website to view our entire stock; it's always up-to-date.

"How do I make a purchase?"

The quickest and easiest way to make a purchase is through our website.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

Choose from a variety of secure payment options, including PayPal goods and services, major credit cards, bank transfer, cash bank deposit, and Klarna/Clearpay payment plans.

"Do you have this item in my size?"

If it's not listed on our website, unfortunately, we don't have it. Our commitment to keeping the website current is crucial to our business.

"What are the delivery times?"

Delivery times vary based on your chosen method but typically range from 1-2 working days for domestic orders. We use DPD next-day delivery inside the UK and UPS express shipping options are available for international orders.

"Where do you source your stock?"

Due to data protection laws, we cannot disclose our suppliers or provide supplier invoices.

"Why are your prices under RRP?"

As an outlet business specializing in previous season stock, selling below RRP adheres to brand regulations and prevents devaluation of brands and loss of business for competitors.

"Can you locate a specific item for me?"

While we're not personal shoppers, if you've seen the item on our page before, we're happy to make a note.

"Do you offer refunds?"

Yes, please refer to our returns page for detailed information.
