“Why should I buy from you?”
We have been operating for 4 years and have built a great reputation (check our Trustpilot here/ instagram following here) from our impeccable customer service, swift worldwide delivery, fast replies & sourcing rare designer items from previous seasons and still selling well under RRP.
“Is all your stock authentic?”
Chance Fashion is a VAT registered Ltd company, it is against the law to sell counterfeit stock. All our stock is 100% authentic & new with tags sourced from vetted authorised suppliers in Italy (some of whom have direct accounts with the brands you see on our website) furthermore we accept Klarna & Clear Pay via our website, you have to go through rigorous authenticity steps which require you to send all your invoices over to these entities to be accepted and use their payment gateways. We are more than happy for you to take our stock into any shop and get your item(s) authenticated.
“Is all my data secure”
All your payments and data is completely secure, all payment gateways we use from Paypal to card payments are fully encrypted. We fully comply with GDPR regs, your password info and payment info is not stored by us, we only get access to the info you supply at checkout, i.e. name, email and address, which can be deleted on request.
”Is all your stock new?”
All our stock is brand new with tags.
“What do you have in stock?”
All the stock we have is on our website.
“How do I purchase from you?”
Via our website, the website will always be the easiest & quickest method for any prospective customer.
“What payment methods do you accept?”
PayPal goods & services, all major credit cards, bank transfer, cash bank deposit and Klarna/ Clearpay/ Zip payment plans.
“Do you have this item in a size......?”
If it doesn’t state your size on the website then unfortunately we don’t have it, a key part of our business is keeping the website up to date.
“What are the delivery times?”
Delivery is normally 1-2 working days for domestic orders, we also offer Saturday and Sunday for orders made before 2pm on Friday. International orders are all shipped express.
“Where do you get your stock from?”
Due to data protection laws under no circumstances will we tell customers who our suppliers are or give out supplier invoices.
“Why is your stock under RRP?”
It’s previous season stock, we sell everything under RRP, it’s against brands rules & regulations to sell new season stock under RRP as it devalues their brand & leads to a loss of business for competitors.
“Can you get this item for me?”
We are not personal shoppers however, if you have seen the item on our page before we are more than happy to make a note.
"Do you offer returns?"
Yes, Please refer to our returns page for further information.
"I have returned my item have you received it yet?"
Please refer to your own tracking details given to you by Royal Mail when returning the parcel . Once the item is shown as Delivered/Signed for it will take us up to 48 Hours to process the return. Please make sure you have followed the returns procedure correctly as this can cause a delay in processing.
